Refund policy

Colorfüll does not provide cash refunds for returns.

EXCHANGE
Exchange for a different item is not allowed.

Exchange to the same item of another color is subjected to availability. If the color that you want is out of stock, you will have to pick another color of the same design. If you have ordered a backorder item, exchange is strictly not allowed. Only exchange for an instock item is allowed.

REFUND
In a severe case where is there is fault in our end-to-end service, refund will be reimbursed in a store credit voucher, valid for 3 months.

All store credits must be utilised 3 months from the date of issue. Extension of store credit validity is strictly not allowed.

DEFECTIVE / INCORRECT ITEMS
In the rare occasion that you receive a defect / incorrect item from us, please provide us with your order number together with photos of the defects to hello@colorfullstore.com and we will guide you on the exchange process. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

REPLACEMENT
A replacement is allowed for defective / incorrect returns. However, if a replacement is out of stock, a store credit voucher (valid for 12 months) will be emailed to you or funded into your account.

Items returned have to be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Store credit refund for items which do not meet all three conditions will be duly declined.

The defective item must reach us within 10 working days(Singapore orders) and 20 working days(International orders) from the day the parcel was dispatched. Kindly return the item back to us via Registered Mail / Courier and keep the receipt / tracking number until you received an email from us on receiving your item. colorfüll will not be liable for any loss sent by normal mail.

RETURN POSTAGE COST
Postage fees incurred will be reimbursed, capped at SGD 5/order (please provide receipt documentation). The reimbursement will be in the form of store credit in which you may offset on future purchases. This applies to defective/incorrect items only.

All reimbursement mentioned above applies for Singapore orders only.

WHAT IS NOT CONSIDERED A DEFECTIVE ITEM?
• Measurements discrepancy of 0.5 – 1.5″ as items are mass produced.
• Color discrepancy of the items on screens to real life, as with devices to devices. colorfüll takes pride in our curation and the color vibrancy of our items, any color enhancement done on our photos are as close as we can get to the real thing.
