Shipping policy
All Singapore Registered Courier bulky orders are handled by J&T, and small packages by Singpost. Upon payment verification, your order will be processed in 1-3 working days (or a week prior to the date you've stated for door gift orders).
Mailbox Delivery [ 1-3 working days ] – $2
Usually for smaller packages. Tracking number will be provided.
Courier [ 1-3 working days ] – $4
To be delivered to your doorstep, of up to 3 attempts. Tracking number will be provided to you by J&T upon processing.
Incorrect / Incomplete Address
We will not be responsible for any lost mail due to an error in the address provided by our customers. Please kindly check that you have keyed your block, unit number, street and postal code correctly.
Should parcels be sent back to us, customers are to top up for a redelivery.
